Whether you’ve been part of the church for years, are new to Christianity, or are simply curious about the faith, there’s always more to discover about how the Bible shapes our everyday lives. At Crossroads, Adult Christian Education (ACE) classes invite participants to explore questions and topics that connect faith with our work, relationships, and life with God and others.


Offered on Sunday mornings during the school year, ACE classes use a variety of engaging formats. Classes are led by Crossroads members who bring their knowledge, experience, and passion to topics that matter.

The Spirit and the Gifts
are ours

What has God given you to contribute to the life and mission of his church? And how do your gifts fit together with the gifts of other believers? This fall, we explore the person and work of the Holy Spirit, what Scripture teaches about spiritual gifts, and how the Spirit equips every Christian to serve and build up Christ’s body. Along the way, we will study Scripture, hear from Crossroads ministry leaders, complete a spiritual gifts assessment, and discover practical ways our diverse gifts can work together for the good of the whole Church, our Crossroads congregation, our local community, and the world.

Kingdom Ethics

What does it look like to live virtuously as citizens of God's kingdom in a world filled with complex moral questions? In this class, we'll study the Ten Commandments through the rich exposition of the Westminster Larger Catechism, discovering how God's moral law forms our character and shapes every aspect of the Christian life. Together we'll explore how biblical wisdom equips us to navigate issues such as end-of-life care, artificial intelligence and autonomous vehicles, sexual and gender identity, and many other ethical challenges with both conviction and compassion. Join us as we learn how faithful obedience to Christ enables us to bear witness to his kingdom in an increasingly complex world.
