DISCIPLESHIP

The primary purpose of discipleship is to grow in maturity together as followers of Christ. At Crossroads, this is sought through intentional discussion of a Scripturally-based curriculum, prayer, and mutual accountability in the context of 5-6 men or women.

Women's Discipleship

This year, the women will be start by studying the book of James guided by a devotional Bible study guide called Steadfast by Courtney Doctor. Through this study we hope to learn about the Lord's faithfulness regardless of our circumstances.

Men's Discipleship

This fall the men are working through Christian Beliefs: Twenty Basics Every Christian Should Know by Wayne Grudem. This book is written to meet you if you are new to or curious about Christianity as well as for a mature believer who desires to have a deepened understanding of the basics of the faith.

Adult Christian Education

No matter if one has been a lifelong churchgoer, is a new Christian, or is simply curious about Christianity, there is much to learn about how the Bible and the Christian faith impact our day-to-day lives. At Crossroads, Adult Christian Education (ACE) classes help participants to explore various questions and topics that are pertinent to our lives, our work, and our relationships with God and others.

ACE classes, usually offered on Sunday mornings during the school year, utilize a variety of different methods (small and large group discussion, lecture, video, case studies, etc.) and are developed and taught by Crossroads members with interest and expertise in their topic.

Currently, ACE classes are not being offered Fall of 2020. We hope to restart this ministry of our church in the future.
